Not much to it, it's a starter company. They just want to make sure you don't have any felonies or failed drug test. After that, you're taking drug test, background check. Once that's cleared you go to the school to get your cdl

Great interview, very knowledgeable and informative, and listened to my concerns and addressed each one. Made me feel the company really cared about me and would have my best interest at heart.

I did a phone interview. They does a quick response.
24hrs to 48 hrs. they do return call.
My recruiter was nice, she explained what I need to know.
And she explained company history bit.
