      Customer Service Representative Interview

      25 May 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Sweetwater

      Interview

I scheduled a phone interview with them. The interview time slot was 30 minutes. The interviewer called me 10 minutes after the scheduled time and then only spoke with me for 5 minutes. The interviewer seemed completely uninterested in speaking with me from the start. I'm not sure why a phone interview was even set, when it seemed their mind had already been made up.
