Interview
I applied in person after I saw an online ad for an open house. The process was pretty quick, I went in and filled out an application, interviewed with an assistant manager, then interviewed with the store manager about fifteen minutes later. I was offered the job three days later.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Swatch Group (New York, NY) in May 2016
Interview
Overall a simple interview process (but I was referred). I went in to discuss my experience (none) and what was on my resume. I met both with HR and two of the managers. About a week or two later, I was called back to meet with the main manager and discussed my availability.
