I arrived 15 minutes early and was greeted by a store manager immediately. She took us upstairs to the staff level and sat us in a meeting room, in which she proceeded to ask me questions. It was relaxed and just like having a normal conversation. I missed the group interview because she called me after the date so I was able to get a one-on-one interview, which was a huge advantage because she got to know me personally. She had me sell something I had bought recently/had on me, so I took my ring off and tried to sell it to her, which was really awkward for both of us. At the end of the interview she said I had done well and I should expect a call that afternoon or the next day at latest.
