First, they scheduled a phone call for a brief chat. then we had a video interview for about an hour. It was a pretty simple process. It could be a lot of more worse.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Swapfiets (Amsterdam) in Dec 2021
Interview
1-I applied for the position of Customer Service Representative in December of last year.
2- In January, without prior email, a junior recruiter called me while I was working.
3-After two days, he sent me an email to call me urgently. After the call, the recruiter told me that in two days he would give me an answer for the next step in the process.
4-Two weeks passed (February 8) and I decided to send an email. His response was that in two days they would answer me again, because the position needed to be filled by February 14.
5-February 17th and I'm still waiting.....
Honestly, if they are so unserious in the selection process, I will not work for a "(dis) Organization" where it seems (recruiter's words) to be ALL VERY COOL, but without professionalism.
Now I understand the negative opinions of so many customers...
