Svitla Systems Senior C++ Software Engineer interview questions

The interview process started with a brief introduction to the company and project. The interviewer described the most important benefits of work in Svitla and explained how the work is organized on this project and what will be core responsibilities. Then he asked if it is interesting to continue and if all looks good to me. I confirmed and he asked me to briefly describe my most recent experience and typical tasks I solved in the last few months. I described few interesting issues and he started asking typical interview questions starting from the C++ basics and ending with some algorithmic problems he offered to solve by writing code in C++. After this part was done he asked me if I have any questions and we briefly discussed various aspects of SDLC for this project. Then he told me that feedback will be available in the next few days and the interview was finished. I received feedback on the next day together with the offer.
