The interview had 5 people. one doctor, three CLS and one hiring manager. I was totally unprepared for that many people being that it was my second interview I've had in 10 years and my first panel interview. I also took a tour of the laboratory and reviewed what I knew on a clinical level with one of the Clinical Laboratory Scientists. Everyone asked me 2 questions a piece.
