The interview process consisted of five tiers. The first tier asked to write an essay on a general topic. In the 2nd stage you will have an aptitude cum personality test.In the 3rd stage you will have the face to face interview. The fourth stage was the document verification. The fifth stage had another interview
I was referred by an employee. Straightforward process. They expect some Hindi speaking people for some clients. Interview process is mostly to check the communication skills. Interview was fairly Easy to check the communication skills.

Its a clean and active process with keen attention with the candidates communication skills and the requirements includes a communication without a grammatical errors. The rejection of the candidates is purely based on the communication skills
