Written test then shortlist for interview ,interview comprising of both technical and HR based on telephonic mode it comprises some basic knowledge of concern field and some basic speaking level i.e. way of communication.

Was good because they contact me and do regular process and I had Interview with Talent Adquisition and later with HR department and final part I had conversation with my boss and his team work.
