Phase one was phone interview to check language level. Phase two was technical skills test and written English exam, plus an essay. Phase three was one to one interview with direct manager from the company and an HR.

In the initial interview they will be assessing you and what you know regarding the position. After initial, you would be asked to perform a mock call where they will see how you will handle the call and your vocabulary. Lastly, in the final interview you will be asked some personal question.
