Good process overall, timely communication. Three rounds overall, first round is an HR phone interview. Second interview is with the team lead and a team member. Final round is 4 hours in person with rotating team members interviewing you.

A few rounds HR, HM Team and then HM's boss. Standard process took less than a month. Overall, was difficult more business focused then process and workflow as a BA. Your experience didn't matter as much if not in trading/fintech.

It was great, ample amount of opportunity, and worklofe balance verall very good, new tech nology, opportunity to get promoted, opportunities for foreign countries, and so much more about it
