Phonecall Interview (1st Round) after applying online. They ask general CV questions then ask probability questions. Successful candidates go on to face to face interviews at their offices, firstly with general trading staff then with senior trading staff

Overall pretty good. Last round you really need to prepare they will ask you to solve issues on the spot under pressure by throwing a lot questions
