I had an OA and then a hybrid interview with a trader. I answered the technical question correctly immediately and still got rejected by SIG - I was not even asked any behavioral questions at all.

You have $100 and get an extra $100 to play a casino game where you bet on flips of a fair coin, and this game has 4:5 payout. You must bet a total of at least $500 to cash out. How do you maximize your expected earnings?

Interview
Aggressive behavioral and technical. Options trading question about different probabilities. Very aggressive technical with follow ups. Three Technical Questions and then follow ups if necessary. Follow up on behaviorals as well so be prepared and do not lie
Start with a math quiz ish thing, an hour long I believe . No idea what the percentage requirement is, you don’t get to see outcome. Then a 30-45 interview with a behaviour then some probability question. Followed by another technical interview. Still in the process

received OA (all math and logic puzzles) -> invite to interview through mail -> recruiter call with behavioral + 2 EV questions. communication is important, but interviewer was nice and helps if you struggle
