Online Assessment. Asking numerous questions. Maths and probability based. Nothing extremely challenging. Timing was the main issue. All questions can be completed mentally. I applied to two different openings and only heard back from one.

2 screening interviews followed by a technical interview + code assessment. Technical Interview was mostly about market making and quick probability. The interviewers were more looking to see how quick you could get to an estimate of the answer rather than taking time to get an exact answer.
