CV review, then a challenging numerical test, afterwards I had two phone interviews, one with a recruiter and another with a trader, both contains technical questions, finally a whole day on set interview.

Interview
More emphasis on mathematical ability in early rounds, rather than personal questions. Mostly probability questions, under time pressure. Expected value, payoff games etc. Difficult to prepare for, requires good knowledge of probability.

Interview
It was as expected, fit checks with HR, Fit check/techincal interview with trader, technical interview with a senior trader then final round. Unfortunately didn't make it to final round. The technical interview consisted of brainteasers and probability/logic questions. Mental maths questions were in there psych assessments
