There was two initial phone screens. The first consisted of all logic puzzles from the recruiter. The second consisted mostly of riddles and answering questions about technologies outside of my main skill-set. These questions instead corresponded with the skill-set of the interviewer. Otherwise, there was little other content.
The in person interview consisted of half-a-day worth of 1-1 and 2-1 interviews. The interviews consisted of more logic puzzles and talking. There was some talk about past projects, but most of the interview was in the context of the current problems of the employees. The interview consisted mostly of analyzing personality and thinking style.
The HR person kept in contact and provided sufficient insight into the hiring process. Overall, the hiring process was very fast.
