I applied online and was contacted a few days later through an email saying that they wanted a phone interview. I was able to schedule what time would be best for me. Prior to the interview, I was told to have a piece of paper and a pencil ready. The phone interview was simple and straightfoward.

As a co-op (intern) applying for this position, this interview was a fairly simple one. The common probability questions were asked. Very few questions were asked about self-growth, development, etc.
