Interview
There were two phone interviews, one onsite. The questions asked were probability questions about finding expected value of dice game, some questions based on CV. Generally the process was enjoyable.
I applied online. I was then given a 20 minute test, which I completed. However, I did not receive an answer. The test was easy and the questions were probability and statistics
The first stage was a numerical assessment, then followed by two telephone interviews, one 30 mins the other 1 hr long and then the final round was a video interview that was 2 hours long with two of their traders.

What three words would you use to describe yourself
I just got a test which i failed bc an antivirus window poped up and i got adviced and lost a lot of time. Bad experience as I think I could have done better.
