I applied through other source. I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group (Dublin, Dublin) in Jun 2017
Interview
Interview process took two weeks. They contacted me via Linked In and process started. First it was an HR , followed by Codility TEST and then with a technical person.
I solved both questions in a short time. However they gave a silly reason that one of your answer matched with a solution already on GitHub. Its hell crazy that stack overflow and GitHub are overwhelmed by tons of questions and answers and for a straight forward solution if it resembles not a big deal.
Moreover, in technical interview I answered all questions in perfect and precise manner but again at the end guy told me that I found there is a match on GitHub.
After two days I got rejection that they found a better candidate.
An advise to management and HR that update your Test set on Codility or otherwise you will keep on loosing good engineers.

Interview
Was pretty easy, 1 round of phone screen interview + 2 - 4 hours of onsite final round. Onsite is scheduled to take place in person in the office.
Interviews were pleasant to talk good and experience was quite good.

The OA consists of four LeetCode questions, needed to be done within 70 min. Highly recommend revising how to do the int-string conversion in the language you will use. The problems themselves are not hard, but better to have a clear high-level view before you code.

They mainly asked me to walk through my resume—focusing on one key project, my specific contributions, challenges I faced, and how I solved them, along with some light behavioral questions to gauge overall fit.
