Challenging maths questions where you had to describe your answer over the phone. In hindsight they were simple enough questions but as it was something I had not done before and I had focused on improving my finance knowledge in preparation for this interview I found it challenging. I only made it to the first stage of phone interviews. I felt my answering of the questions let me down a lot.

4 rounds of interview 1- recruiter background check 2- HR to screen candidate/ behaviour question 3- trader - technical questions 4- head of operation - heavy operational stuffs Overall pretty good. Last round you really need to prepare they will ask you to solve issues on the spot under pressure by throwing a lot questions
