I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group (San Jose, CA) in Mar 2026
Interview
The initial interviewer was with the recruiter, they asked me about my expereince and some questions based on that and some basic networking questions. Then after 2 weeks they moved me to the Technical screening round. It was mostly based on basic networking and security questions. The interview went really well, but unfortunately I did not move to the Final loop interview. I asked for the feedback but the recruiter ghosted me.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group (Philadelphia, PA) in Apr 2019
Interview
I was contacted by the company recruiter after I applied online. Asked some experience related and behavioral questions and was selected for the second round.
The second round was a purely technical phone interview with 2 team members. One from Network team and one from Security team.
After the technical interview, was selected for the on-site interview. I was traveling from DC and Interviewer was nice enough to book the train ride for me.
The on-site interview went on for about 4 hours with just a break of 10 mins in between. In total, 4 interviews. 1st with 2 members from Network and Security teams, 2nd with 2 members of Networking team. First two interviews were purely technical. 3rd was with 2 managers of Network and Security teams. Completely behavioral questions. and last one with the Head of the departments.
The worst thing about this entire process was the follow-up. I was told the feedback from the interview process was extremely positive but the company could not extend an offer at the moment due to my Immigration status. Once I get my status extended, I was asked to contact back. I expedited the process and got it done in two days and tried to email/call the recruiter to inform about it but no reply. It's been more than a week I have been trying to get in touch with the recruiter but everything is simply being ignored. No call-back, No reply to the emails.
Extremely unprofessional way of handling a follow-up. If the results are negative, the recruiter could simply call/email and inform rather than ignoring the emails or calls until the candidate gives up and takes it as a NO. Will never apply or wish to work with this company again.

Interview
I had half an hour interview which composed of both behavioral and technical questions. Initially, she asked about why this company, why this specialization, how did you develop passion in this area, then digged into my resume deeply, later she asked few basic networking stuff and lill bit of security.
