Susquehanna Bancshares interview questions

Apply online, wait for a phone interview from HR, wait for store manager to call and set up in person interview, second in person interview, wait for offer. Process took 3 months.I rejected the offer because the salary was low and no where near what I was asking. They came back $.25 higher. There was a lot of what would you do in this situation type questions.

Phone interview first then I was setup with an interview with the retail Executive. I was called for an interview about 1 week. I was offered the position about 2 weeks after the interview.
