Firm requires several interviews and a test on your TOA/TOC skills. Both initial interviews are conducted virtually over Zoom. First interview went pretty well, second just felt like they were asking the same thing as the first.

Was an experience and, not very typical of Paralegal roles in the majority of law firms out there. It seems like they are looking for a legal secretary more than an actual Paralegal and expect Paralegals to do administrative tasks like booking travel.

Interview
I met with HR for my first interview. It was very brief she just filled me in on what the resposibities of the role I was being considered for, then we went over my experience in my previous employers role.
I had a second interview with a 4 of the Senior Paralegals, this interview was more detailed. I was given specifics of the job, they asked more in depth questions about my role, and we discussed how I would fit in the role.
