The interview it self could be considered quite long. First of all, you have an initial interview with HR. If you are deemed acceptable, then you have a series of interviews with various managers.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Surgical Information Systems (Wallingford, CT) in Oct 2017
Interview
The phone interview with the recruiter was easy and straight forward. She asked about my previous employment and education. I received positive feedback and was given an in person interview time that had an itinerary of 4 interviewers over 2 hours.
Upon arriving the interviewers changed the order in which I would meet them. This was no big deal but it left me repeating questions to every inerviewer. One interviewer in particular was rude, and purposely trying to intimidate with very hard questions for an entry level position. He gave a "test" as he called it and made me play 20 questions until I reached the answer. He then told me he did not like the order in which I asked the questions and that this would reflect on my work style. One interviewer gave me very positive feedback at the end and told me I would hear from them.
I never received a phone call or e-mail from the company. I did send thank-you letters.

Interview
I applied then received an email that an assessment was necessary to complete. It took days till I received the assessment email. However it was super easy. Days later I received an email asking for immediate days for a phone interview. I replied and took days later to receive a response.
I ended up replying to the email that I am no longer interested. I honestly felt they were hiring in bulk and I didn't like that I was already feeling expendable.
