I submitted an application for a seasonal position got a response to set up an interview. When I submitted application I never heard back. Thought it may have been lost or busy from the holidays so I called but it never seemed to get anywhere.

Inquired at the store first. Applied online then received a call within a week during which they conducted a "phone interview." A week later they called back suggesting I apply for another position at the same store (online). The second phone interview led to an in-person interview. After my background check cleared, they scheduled on-boarding.
