Interview
Was a short and thorough interview to test customer service and troubleshooting skills. The interviewer was knowledgeable and multitasked many of the system tests while asking the interview questions. After the interview was completed, he advised I would be hearing from HR about process going forward to start training and confirmed the shift time/days off to ensure they would be acceptable.
