Interview process included an initial screen followed by a leadership interview. I was explicitly told I was moving forward to the next round. Two days later, I received a rejection email stating the role had been filled, despite being told they were hiring two people. Several days after that, I received a second email saying I was no longer moving forward because they were looking for a “better fit.”
The lack of consistency and transparency in communication was disappointing. Candidates deserve clarity and respect throughout the interview process.
I applied online. I interviewed at Supio (Seattle, WA) in Dec 2025
Interview
Simple and quick. I met with the recruiter for a short conversation and then the hiring manager. Their questions were fair and pertaining to the role. Hiring Manager was mainly asking questions about previous experience in contract renewals and what they looked like at my old job.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself. How do you use AI? We went through my resume and talked about previous roles in more detail, so they understood the nature of my roles. What did renewals at [company] look like? What were the contract sizes, etc.

Interview
Process was smooth - worked with one of the most knowledgeable and responsive recruiters ever (thank you Allison!) and had three rounds of interviews. Ultimately, I did not accept my offer due to wanting a hybrid role, but I walked away very impressed with Supio and its culture and would recommend them to anyone looking for a Seattle tech job.
