Interview
Horrible. The interviewer was rude and really unprofessional. She told me to "get out", for no reason at all. She didn't introduce herself, instead, started to speak bad of her boss. It was really disturbing because all I said was can we please start the interview, to which she replied "get out".
Easy process , just be yourself and smile .
Dress casual, wear something black and offer good customer service examples, examples how you worked under pressure and give examples if you had an angry customer what did you do

I applied online, sending my CV and contact details. Around 2 weeks later I received a phone call from their recruitment agency for a telephone interview. This lasted around 10 minutes, I received a phone call later that day to offer me the job.
