SuperMap Software Software Engineer interview questions

We firstly contacted with one of the department manager, and appoint a day to interview. Then at that day, we went to the company. The first round interview is by HR, after a short introduction, she gave us a written exam test about basic knowledge about GIS and software engineer, including some English translation questions as well as some C++ coding questions. This written exam gave us 3 hours to finish. The second round interview was taken by two department managers, one is sell manager and one is technique manager. The content includes taking about your self, your hobby and your advantages and disadvantages. The also ask some technique questions, e.g. the shortest distance algorithm.
