I came in and sat down with a front desk manager who asked me fairly typical interview questions. "Why do you want to work here?", "How does your past experience relate to customer service?" etc. She seemed focused on finding out if I was a good fit for the job, taking my personal life into account, which makes sense, as not everyone is cut out for doing graveyard shifts.
