I applied online and was asked to do an video interview. The recruiter was disorganized. They asked for my availability and confirmed the date but didn't send me an invite/video link until right before the interview to the point where I thought the interview wasn't going to happen. The interview itself was fairly easy but you could tell the recruiter wasn't paying attention and was reading from a script. I had to repeat myself multiple times.

I went through 3 interviews. Each interview was more of a conversation than a traditional interview. My last interview, the interviewer was in an Uber conducting the interview on the phone.
