Interview
Had a phone screen with a HR rep and then scheduled a phone interview with a director located in another state. Very formulaic interview by someone with very limited interpersonal skills. Zero attempt to engage in conversation or humanize the interaction. I was surprised this person was in a leadership/hiring position. Some feedback would be to humanize the process a bit I felt like I was talking to HAL from 2001 but with less voice inflection.
