Had an initial interview that went really well and she immediately set up an in-person interview. The in-person interview went on for an hour and I was given a tour. It seemed to go really well and they told me they would follow up. I was ghosted. I'm in leadership and I advise companies to not do this all the time because if you are ghosting anyone it's how you treat your staff and also your customers. Especially when they've already devoted 2 hours of their time. I even followed up twice afterwards. I could see this company not doing well in the future based on how they treat the interview process.

The interviewer was 40 minutes late for the interview. It was very unclear who was actually conducting the interview. When I was finally called back in, so was another candidate. At the same time. Neither the other candidate nor myself were informed that this would be a group interview. We both just shrugged our shoulders and decided to role with it.
