There were were three rounds of interviews. Questions were primarily behavioral. Questions asked for many examples related to staff management, conflict resolution and customer support. Answers are scored based on alignment with company values.

A new Executive Director interviewed me. She asked me how long I've worked for the company, She asked me to two examples of how I would handle confused residence, a unhappy employee. She also asked me to write out daily activities schedule. I was asked to interview with a coordinator from another community. They both said I was qualified. Didn't hear another word

Three rounds of interviews (Phone interview, individual interview, tour the community, meet residents, interview with other department heads). Very long prehire process. expect at least 2 weeks. Relatively simple if you have experience and prepare yourself for what might be asked of you.
