Interview
I applied as a care manager and got called the next day to go in for a group interview. When I went in for the group interview it was only one other girl and myself. The supervisor asked us about our experience in our old job and she had us fill out a sheet of paper that asked questions about us and what schedule we wanted. An hour after the interview I got a call back to go in for a job preview. I'm still waiting to get a second interview.

It was a lot of waiting due to meeting many people in HR, but it is an overall sign that you will get a job offer. If offered, there is a drug test on site.

Average regular interview . Asked a lot of clinical questions and also personal questions as well. They were very interested in the relationships with the residents Overall was a great experience

The interview process was through and to the point. Interviewer took time to ask about myself, explained what the company is looking for , explained the duties that would be expected for the position and other general information was provided.
