Be thorough with the project work and your future. Panel consisted of Tech manager and a consultant. Second round of interview was with the MD where we got to meet them at the company site

Interview
There is no touch point to attend candidate properly in remote plant location. Reception area is there but no one dedicated placed there. After 1 hrs waiting one lady came on reception and she start playing game in mobile. After few minutes i told her i came for interview then she procced for application blank.
