started with an online zoom quiz that was proctored, reached out to me a couple days after applying and reached out for another interview the day after completing the quiz

You will get scenario questions that you would need to use your critical thinking skills to respond to. You might also have a written test. The good thing is you have already learned those nursing scenarios in nursing school and they are not something new to you as a nurse. Great experience overall.
