Phone interview. Then it was an in person interview with manager. Then, a group interview with team. After, I was told HR would be in contact for further information. I was then asked for a drug test.

Interview
One phone call followed by a Skype conference with multiple attendees. Received an offer fairly quickly but they made the negotiation process so painful as to make the whole organization unattractive. Nickeled and dimed on every aspect, you could tell this would not be a very happy place to work.
