Two Interviews were conducted for this opportunity. Both of these Interviews were over the phone and very straightforward. They were super excited to have new people on the team regardless of it being a very large corporation.

Interview
Straightforward interview process with behavioral questions and an roleplay scenario where they see how you communicate with customers, build rapport, and try to close a sale. Afterwards, it's more behavioral questions and what would you do questions.

Interview
Interviewer asked me questions about my experiences and what I would do in certain situations. Someone was shadowing them and they also added on to the interview. I received an offer at the end.

How would you talk to a consumer who is looking to buy Sunglasses?
Once I got a call back, they scheduled in an person interview and asked me to sale a pair of sunglasses. They wanted to see how I communicate. It was easy.
