1.5 hours for an interview seems a bit excessive. The interview went all over the place with the regionals asking for dirt on other employees of management. While they're were moments of professionalism, the over arching theme though of these interviews was intimidation.

I was recruited & the interview process was explained well & organized. I met with recruiter then the regional manager. I enjoyed the process. Questions I asked about expectations were answered genuinely.

Pretty casual and went with the flow not super structured so it felt more natural and not forced. They pretty much let me lead the conversation and didn't mind me circling back to other questions they asked previously.

The interview process with both hiring recruiter and market manager was fully transparent, both provided clear expectations of the role and a smooth process. Hiring process and background check were fast and efficient
