Basic application followed by an online pre recorded interview. Was invited to do a proper online interview a few days later. Interview was straight forward with behavioural and a few technical questions.

The first round had 3 questions and was online, simple questions like tell me about yourself and why Suncor, they give you like 1 minute to answer the question and 2 minutes to prep for the question, you also get 2 chances per question just in case you need it (everything was recorded, not in person)
