The interview initially was via phone then we arranged a meeting with the with owner face to face. Followed by reference check and driver's licence check. Not a complicated process.

interview was fair and straight forward. they started with a phone screen and then the second interview as via zoom. They welcomed remote workers and seemed eager to hire. They did not call back after first interview
