Hiring process took too long. I was originally hired as remote underwriter in 2008, laid off in 2013 due to reduction in force and rehired in 2014. I placed my application in the website in March of 2014 and got an interview sometime in June of 2014. I am a rehire or returning employee but I have to go thru process as a new employee..
