3 hours coding assessment with only 1 question mandatory to answer, while the other 5 or 6 questions are optional, followed by a 15-minute technical interview with a software engineer in their team after a month, and likely they will host the interview on Saturday for some reason. As other comments are saying, the 3-hour coding assessment is simply asking you to convert a weird sequence into table output, and with some C questions and 1 SQL question. For the second round of the interview, the engineer will just throw out questions to you while looking at your resume, asking specific questions about the language you have in your resume that match their tech stack. For my case, the interviewer asked about java, javascript, aws, sdlc, and dived briefly into what you have done from your resume.
