Interview was rescheduled four times with the hiring manager. Received an email I will be interviewing with two managers. Came to the interview and it was not who was supposed to be there. Overall I was not asked any technical questions or any questions relating to the skills/ experience needed for the position. I was not interviewed intentionally and given a fair chance at the position. The experience was quite disingenuous and I wont be considering this company going forward for my career.

Applied online, 30 minute phone screen, 1 hour panel interview, skill test and final 45 minute interview with Senior executive. H.R. contact was very engaging with prompt responses to inquiries. Phone screen involved technical questions regarding the role. This person knew thier stuff and how to screen. Easily the best interviewing process I have had since immigrating to Canada.
