Had a call with HR, then had to prepare a presentation for the director on a case I was given. Had to choose between two cases and was given no other instructions. It was pretty casual.

Interviews were a few weeks after resume submission but were set up quickly, had the right number of people and recruiter moved quickly. Good process and pleasant environment in the interview itself.
