Interview
The interview was extremely straight forward. I felt greatly supported by the recruiter and hiring manager each step of the way. Although it seemed that they already had an internal candidate in mind, I appreciated the fact they scheduled a call with me to let me know why I had not been chosen.
It was an average interview process. There were about three rounds of interviews. Each interview was about a month apart. The company asked basic questions about experience and education. All the interviews were via Zoom. In the last round, they made it seem I was the best fit for the job, but a few weeks later, I got a denial letter.
