A time when you have to persuade a senior management
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sun Life (Waterloo, ON) in Feb 2015
Interview
The interview was about 20 minutes long and took place over the phone with a senior recruiter. I was asked standard interview questions about my strengths and weaknesses and then we went over my resume and experience. There were also some basic questions about availability and status. There were no technical questions involved.
