Got a call from the recruiter regarding a phone interview, and then the next day they called me again to set up an interview with the hiring manager. Interview went great! They called again to set up a 2nd interview with the director. Once again the interview went well. I waited a week to hear back from them regarding the third and final interview, only to find out that they hired someone internally! The hiring manager said that I interviewed very well and would like to have me on her team soon as there were some upcoming opportunities. Unfortunate situation I guess :(
