There are four round ,in 1st round they take an aptitude test ,in 2nd round is coding they give questions to print pattern, 3rd technical hr round they ask technical questions according to your profile and final hr round they normal hr questions.

they dont know what they want first. they just give you lot of resumes to prepare your self and check the allignment of resume. thats it. just decide yourself to die and go to that company. madhavi will help you tips and srinivas will give you references to follow. just go and die or stay out of it.
